I ordered Immune Synergy by Synergy Holistics in the 90 veg capsule bottle. I am new to this brand and I like that this product has a NPN and is manufactured in Canada.The recommended dose is 3 capsules 2 times a day in the onset of symptoms, so this bottle should last 15 days.Alternatively for daily or occasional use, the recommended dose is 2-3 capsules once per day. In which case this bottle would last 30-60 days.In either case be mindful to take it a few hours before or after taking other medications and to take each dose with food. And for best results it is recommended to it use continually for more than 21 days.I was not feeling any cold or flu symptoms so I took the dose recommended for daily or occasional use for 21 days and experienced no adverse reactions.Taking the capsules was not hard because they are easy to swallow with a glass of water. They are average size compared to other supplements. They didn't have a taste or after taste but I could not a mild smell that reminded me of brown sugar. The expiry date on the bottle I received is 14 months from the date of delivery.

Seems high quality, and seems to help prevent a cold from becoming full blown.

I ordered this Synergy Holistics brand Immune Synergy (immune booster) supplement to keep me strong and healthy during the early spring cold flu season. So far it's been working effectively on me, as I do feel the difference after taking it! :)This 'Immune Synergy' advance immune booster is well made and easy to swallow. the capsules have a slight herbal taste to it and can easily to take in with water. I am happy that this product is made in Canada. I do follow the regular recommanded daily dose and works really well on me - stronger and happier mood as my body feels good. In my very honest opinion this immune booster supplement do works! With this, I do happily recommend this to everyone.

This list of ingredients is hard to come by and are all very tuned to immune system health. I have taken each of these ingredients separately in the past, but having an "all in 1" available at the first signs of a cold, flu etc, is very convenient.I wouldn't take these daily as a preventive, but would take them for about a week at the first signs of symptoms. That way the bottle will last a while. Confident in this product because I know the efficacy of all its individual components.
