There are plenty of strategies to stop coughs, colds, or flu from developing and taking hold in your system—as long as you catch them early enough. However, in over 30 years of working with supplement strategies, one challenge with inconsistent answers has been helping people recover from the back half, and/or lingering symptoms of an illness. For example, how to deal with a lingering cough? (It’s often the lungs that take the longest to get back to 100%.)
Sure, you can rely on the basics like Vitamin D and probiotics, but those stubborn coughs can still hang around. That’s where I’ve found GSH+ to be a game changer. This formula helps your body produce glutathione right where it’s needed most—inside your cells. Glutathione is crucial for immunity, energy, detoxification, and so much more. What many people forget, however, is that it’s also vital for lung health.

Think about it: glutathione is the body’s master antioxidant, and your lungs are where oxygen is exchanged 24/7. When your lungs become inflamed, this exchange becomes much less efficient, and accordingly oxidative (free radical) stress goes up. Last year, I started recommending GSH+ for recovering from the back half of colds, flu, or other bugs, and the results have been excellent. People often see marked improvement within 1–3 days. One person I worked with had a cough that lingered for eight weeks after a bug, and they reported significant improvement in just three days. On other occasions, it has worked even faster—often within a day or two.
While the usual suggested dose of GSH+ is three capsules upon waking, I recommend taking two in the morning and two in the afternoon when you’re recovering from a bug.
